What is 440 Hz/432 Hz and what’s the difference between them?

440 Hz and 432 Hz are frequencies of musical notes. One frequency can be tuned to another frequency (444 Hz to 600 Hz, 528 Hz to 900 Hz, etcetc) according to choice of taste in sound and style. 440 Hz is the current standard tuning frequency across the world. 432 Hz tends to sound a little bit deeper and very slightly more melancholic compared to 440 Hz if you have an ear for detail.

Why do you tune your music to 432 Hz?

I tune my music to 432 Hz because since around 2014/2015 or so, I’ve felt guided to do so. I often have synchronistic experiences where I constantly have repeated numbers flash at me (444, 333, 999, etc). Some time in the early 2020’s, I started randomly having the number specifically “432” flash at me wherever I would go. If I looked at my phone, it’d be 4:32 pm. If I bought something at the store, the price would be $4.32.

I’ve even had instances where I’d see likes on social media as 432 repeatedly (I have proof of this as I’ve taken screenshots of these occurrences). As a result of all of this, I’ve theorized that there’s either a significance to the tuning of 432 Hz or that I’m personally meant to tune to that frequency for one reason or another. This is just what I feel guided to do and therefore I’ve moved towards retuning my music to 432 Hz as I continue to learn more about it. Whether there's any true significance to me tuning my music to 432 Hz or not is definitely debatable, but I feel guided to do so nonetheless. In summary, I have a strong feeling of guidance to tune my music to 432 Hz and unless that guidance shifts, I'll continue to tune to 432 Hz.

Is it true 432 Hz offers healing benefits and that 440 Hz is bad?

I don’t have any scientific proof that 432 Hz offers healing benefits or that 440 hz is bad whatsoever. I will not make these claims because I believe that, although science has yet to prove many things relating to spirituality and even frequencies, science is still relevant and it’s crucial to keep a critical mind and look at data from all perspectives and sides. I will say that if you feel like 432 hz is better for you, then listen to your intuition and listen to music and frequencies according to how you feel guided to. Even if it’s just a placebo effect, science has proven that placebo effects can actually work. In my opinion, belief and mindset are significant and those in and of themselves can heal and advance us in a variety of ways.

The significance of belief and mindset shouldn’t be downplayed, so long as we retain our Reason and maintain Balance.
